3 oz fresh parsley
3 oz fresh cilantro
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
½ tsp paprika
½ cup olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt
Pepper
Method:
Place the parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, paprika, olive oil, and lemon into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth(ish) then season to taste with salt.
