Otherwise, you will receive email from us only in response to a message or request from you.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Our website, meal planning subscriptions are not designed for or directed to children under the age of 13. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know is under the age of 13.
